We offer a full architectural service that includes all stages of a project. The following are typical stages of a medium sized new build project - some or all of these might be appropriate for you:

Inception and Feasibility studies - this includes issues such as site analysis, outline planning proposals, identification of necessary consultants and contractors, assistance in the development of the clients requirements.

Outline proposals - this includes tasks such preparation of outline proposals, drawings and information to discuss proposals with consultants, approximate construction costs.

Scheme design - this includes tasks such as preparation of schematic design drawings, cost estimates, consultations with planning and building control authorities.

Detail design - this includes items such as development of detailed design drawings and documents, building regulations applications, advice on type of building contract.

Production information and bills of quantities - this includes items such as preparation of production drawings, specification, bills of quantities, co-ordination of consultants' information, review of cost estimate and programme.

Tender action - this includes tasks such as advice on contractor selection, preparation of tender package and appraisal of tenders.

Operations on site and completion - this includes tasks such as administering the building contract, conducting progress meetings, site visits, preparation of financial reports for the client.
